By accessing or using our website https://gloinspirations.com (the “Site”) or our digital scrapbooking platform and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Use of Services
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
You agree to:
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Follow all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Not upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the security or operation of the platform
Downloaded albums created through the platform are intended for personal use only unless otherwise permitted by written agreement.
The platform does not grant a license to download, reproduce, print for resale, or commercially distribute platform images, templates, or design elements.
2. Accounts & Subscriptions
Users may create an account to access certain features of the platform.
We offer multiple subscription tiers. Details regarding pricing, features, and storage limits are available on the subscription page of the website.
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be responsible for the activity under your account
Subscription fees are billed according to the tier selected and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If a subscription is cancelled, users will have thirty (30) days to download their albums or materials before associated data may be permanently removed from our systems.
3. User Content & Uploaded Photos
Users retain ownership of the photos, images, and content they upload to the platform.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
• You own the content or
• You have the legal rights and permission to upload and use the content.
You may not upload copyrighted material belonging to others without proper authorization.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share that content.
Glo Inspirations & Co. is not responsible for user-uploaded materials that infringe on the rights of third parties.
By uploading content, you grant Glo Inspirations a limited, non-exclusive license to:
• Host and display your content within the platform
• Process your content as necessary to operate the service
• Store your content while your account remains active
Your content will not be used publicly for promotional purposes without your express permission.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Platform Images, Templates & Design Assets
The platform may include images, templates, backgrounds, or design elements sourced from licensed providers, free asset providers, or original content created by Glo Inspirations.
These assets are provided for use within the Glo Inspirations platform only.
Unless otherwise stated, platform assets may not be downloaded for resale, used for commercial product printing, or redistributed outside the platform.
Design elements, templates, and graphics created by Glo Inspirations & Co. remain the intellectual property of the company.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment provider’s terms and authorize recurring charges based on your selected subscription plan.
6. Intellectual Property
All non-user content on the platform—including logos, graphics, designs, text, software, platform functionality, and features—is the property of Glo Inspirations & Co. and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without written permission.
7. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality
• Upload illegal or infringing content
Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glo Inspirations & Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, content loss, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
Users are responsible for maintaining copies or backups of their own content. While we take reasonable measures to protect platform data, we do not guarantee that user content will never be lost, damaged, or unavailable.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain services used by the platform are provided by third parties.

These third-party services may operate under their own terms and policies.
10. Age Requirement

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
Any legal disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Oregon.
13. Automated Use & Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
Users may not access or use the platform through automated systems, bots, scripts, scraping technologies, or data-mining tools without prior written permission from Glo Inspirations & Co.
Content available on the platform—including images, templates, layouts, and user-generated materials—may not be used to train artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or similar technologies without express written authorization.
Unauthorized automated access or scraping of the platform may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
14. User Disputes
Glo Inspirations & Co. is not responsible for disputes between users of the platform.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and shared content.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to assist in resolving disputes between users.
