Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? You’re in the right place. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about Glo Inspirations, our subscription plans, and how to start creating your digital scrapbook with ease.

Getting Started

How many photos can be uploaded at a time?

You can upload multiple photos at once. For the best experience, we recommend each photo be 5MB or smaller to help reduce load time.

Once your photos are uploaded, they can be added to your album one at a time. Each photo will insert onto the page you’re currently working on. There’s no set limit to how many photos you can place on a page, but using very high-resolution images may slow performance.

Where are my photos stored and are they secure?

Your photos are securely stored in the cloud and kept private within your account. Only you have access—unless you choose to share an album with a private link.

Why don’t my photos appear in high resolution?
The quality of your album reflects the quality of the original images.
Lower-resolution or compressed photos may appear less sharp.

For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images whenever possible.

Helpful hint: Avoid screenshots or images downloaded from social media, as they are often compressed.

How do I upload from Apple Photos?
Export (download) your photos from Apple Photos to your device, then upload them to Glo Inspirations.

Direct uploads from iCloud or Apple Photos links may not work reliably. For best results, use JPEG or PNG files. If your images are in HEIC format, most Apple devices can convert them to JPEG during export.

Once exported, your photos are ready to upload and use in your designs.

About Glo Inspirations

What makes Glo Inspirations more valuable than a printed photo book?

Printed books can cost $40–$100+ each, and once they’re made, they’re static.

With Glo Inspirations, you can create multiple albums for less, update them anytime, and share instantly with family and friends. No reordering. No shipping. Just memories that continue to grow and be shared.

How does Glo Inspirations support sustainability?

Every digital scrapbook reduces the need for paper, plastic, ink, and shipping.

With Glo Inspirations, your memories are preserved without waste, clutter, or environmental impact — a more sustainable way to create and keep what matters.

Plans & Pricing

Other platforms let me design albums for free — why should I pay for yours?

Free platforms are designed to sell you prints or one-time purchases.

Glo Inspirations is built for something bigger — a place to create, organize, and share your memories without limits.  One space where your memories can grow and be shared anytime.

What if I only scrapbook occasionally?

That’s exactly what Glo Lite and Studio are designed for.

You can create at your own pace and always come back when inspiration strikes. Many members choose to stay on a plan, so their albums remain accessible and ready whenever they are.

See Subscriptions for details on all the features and storage.

Account & Access

Will I lose my memories if I cancel?

If you cancel, you’ll have 30 days to download your albums as a PDF so your memories stay with you.

To keep your albums accessible, you can also move to or remain on Glo Lite, a simple, lower-cost option designed to maintain your content until you’re ready to create again.

Most members choose to keep their subscription so their albums remain editable, shareable, and always accessible.

After 30 days, content is removed without an active subscription.
